A Sociological Research Paper Should Have Three Key Topics

A sociological research paper will have at least three key topics. These are based on some basic assumptions that research participants will have about social structure, human behavior and socio-economic conditions. For example, it is assumed that the presence of inequality in society creates a general disincentive to undertake activities that would be useful to all individuals within the society. It is also assumed that all individuals have a right to education and a sense of belonging within the society, but that these should not be exploited to the detriment of others.

 

Within a sociological research paper, it is important to identify which of these topics should receive emphasis. Once you have decided what topics you would like to discuss in your paper, it is easy to incorporate them into the information contained in your paper. Some of the topics may be obvious to you; others may require further explanation to make sure they are covered adequately.
